A leading auto parts retailer in Seattle is seeking a Retail Service Specialist. In this role, you'll lead a team to ensure excellent customer service and manage store operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, have some retail experience, and fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Qualifications

• Experience in managing store opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers are processed.

Skills

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Retail sales experience

Automotive systems and repair knowledge
