Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Moreno Valley, CA to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential duties include leading store teams, maintaining service levels, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and friendly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure the store and deposits.
