Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of supervisors and ensuring efficient handling of orders, returns, and invoicing at the point of sale.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification; multi-language ability (Spanish) is highly desirable and may benefit

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom including program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and orders/transfers are processed timely.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash and building.
• All other duties as assigned.
