Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and oversee customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership and is open to bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver excellent service, supervising showroom service programs, handling store communications, and ensuring proper processing of orders and returns.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone coverage per company policy and timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure all money and premises.
