Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure and use the outside purchase ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages; delegate merchandising tasks.
