Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Certification in RSS and ASE highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are answered per policy and orders processed timely.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders accurately.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and correctly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security protocols are followed.
