Qualifications
- Requires strong communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge beneficial.
- ASE Certification desired.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
- Ensure telephone is answered per company policy.
- Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers promptly and inform customers upon shipment arrivals.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently following procedures.
