Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator in the United States to manage parts ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returns for every repair order. You will verify parts accuracy and quality to support the production schedule and vehicle needs.

The role requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a busy shop. Experience with Summit, Repair Centre, Mitchell or Audatex is preferred; I-Car registration is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-Car Registered (working toward Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO#; communicate price changes.
• Manage supplemental parts in MIS; monitor performance.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure discounts.
• Duties as assigned.
