Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts for repair orders, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain vendor relationships. The role emphasizes detail, communication, and efficient parts flow within a fast-paced collision environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3+ years in automotive parts; I-CAR registration is preferred. Benefits include PTO, parental leave, holidays, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years experience with automotive parts preferred; knowledge of auto body parts a bonus.
• I-CAR registration (working towards Gold Class) or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders, receiving, storing, and dispatching for repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule.
• Label and track parts by RO number; ensure timely distribution to shop.
• Enter invoices into MIS; monitor parts performance and vendor invoices.
• Communicate price changes to team; ensure proper discounts to maintain margins.
