Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Spanish language skills are a plus. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise choices, handle transactions, returns, and provide accurate parts lookups and pricing information.

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned training relevant to position.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
