NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts at the counter or over the phone. You will use your parts knowledge to assist team members and provide outstanding customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person or over the phone
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members answering customer questions
• Engage with customers to deliver a positive shopping experience
• Operate cash register and computer or catalog system
• Support inventory and store operations as needed
