Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide an outstanding customer experience by effectively ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for each repair order. You will verify the accuracy and quality of parts, ensure timely distribution, and manage related invoices.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and MT skills. I-Car progress and familiarity with Summit/Mitchell/Audatex are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• Customer Service oriented and strong organizational abilities under pressure and prioritization.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution.
• Communicate all customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts timely to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number; monitor price changes.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and post to system.
• Maintain proper discount on vendor invoices.
