Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and related programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, scheduling, and goal setting for team members.
• Participate in recruiting tasks, interviews, and onboarding with management.
• Ensure all purchases, returns, and transfers are processed accurately and timely.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits per policy.
