Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing during peak hours and in coaching/mentoring team members.
• Participate in hiring tasks, scheduling, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Handle day-to-day store operations including opening/closing duties, banking, and security checks.
