Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Retail management or supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute customer service programs.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure staffing during peak hours and training on goals.
• Assist in hiring by conducting interviews and coordinating with management.
• Ensure all orders, transfers and returns are processed promptly and accurately.
