Job summary

Northwest Federal Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Servicing Specialist to manage titles, lien recordation and releases for auto loans, and oversee insurance policies across both direct and indirect portfolios.

You will work with DealerTrack and Allied data, process payoffs, handle member requests, resolve discrepancies, and maintain BSA compliance while delivering excellent member service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of consumer loan experience at a financial institution or related setting.
• Knowledge of credit union operations preferred.
• Understanding of DMV titling process preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain title exceptions from DealerTrack for newly funded auto loans.
• Maintain insurance exceptions from Allied for newly funded auto loans.
• Process auto loan payoffs.
• Handle member requests related to auto titles and insurance.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Provide quality member service via multiple communication channels.
