Job summary

Responsibilities include managing auto, boat and RV title work, processing liens and releases, maintaining loan files in the electronic title system, and handling back-end cancellations with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• One year of customer service experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of lending rules and regulations.
• Understanding of auto, boat, and RV collateral processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
• Experience with Symitar, Synapsys and Synergy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation.
• Manages title process for autos, boats, and recreational vehicles.
• Processes liens for collateralized consumer loans in a timely manner.
• Communicates with dealers, members, sellers and NCU staff.
• Maintains professional business relations with customers and other institutions.
• Maintains loan maintenance in electronic title system.
• Handles lien releases and coordination with title offices.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations and supports other lending questions.
