Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts claims, and directs independent adjusters and vendors.
• Interacts with field management, legal, safety, customers, carriers and third parties.
• Manages litigation and exposure identification with recommended solutions.
• Sets reserves and monitors indemnity and expense costs.
• Communicates claim status to field personnel on request.
