Qualifications

• Licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts claims, directs independent adjusters and vendors.
• Interacts with field ops management, legal counsel, safety managers, customers, insurers and third-party claimants.
• Manages litigation to align with jurisdiction rules.
• Assists Claim Manager in identifying exposures and recommending solutions.
• Manages indemnity and expense costs appropriately.
• Coordinates with primary and excess carriers and reinsurers on large files.
