Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Liability Claim Representative II to handle property damage claims and low to mid-range bodily injury claims.

You will investigate, adjust, and coordinate with independent adjusters and vendors while collaborating with field operations and legal teams. The role requires two years of casualty claims experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of liability coverage and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experienced with handling Auto Liability claims including property damage and bodily injury.
• Familiar with coverage / contracts.
• Customer focused and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts claims, directs independent adjusters and vendors.
• Interacts with field operations, legal counsel, safety managers, customers, insurers, and third parties.
• Manages litigation to ensure claims are handled in accordance with jurisdiction.
