Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Technician Trainee in Minnesota to be trained as an auto glass technician.

The program leads to Safelite SafeTech certification and equips you with essential skills to perform glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations with high quality standards. You will learn hands-on and in-classroom techniques, observe installations, recalibrate safety systems, and progress through career levels with competitive pay, benefits and tuition reimbursement as you grow within

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products as needed.
• Learn and pass testing to become Safelite-certified technician.
