Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee to be trained as an auto glass technician. You will earn Safelite SafeTech certification and learn to perform glass repair, replacement and recalibrations with quality and safety in mind.

You will be paid to learn through hands-on and classroom training, observe and assist with installations, recalibrations and tests, and progress toward higher technician levels based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
