Job summary

Safelite offers a Technician Trainee program where you will be paid to learn through hands-on and classroom training. You’ll earn a Safelite SafeTech certification after completion and gain fundamental skills for glass repair, recalibration, and replacement with a strong service mindset.

You’ll train on installing/repairing auto glass, calibrating safety systems, and assisting with additional services. Eligibility includes a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn and grow within

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
