Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Technician Trainee to be trained and educated to become a proficient auto glass technician. After completing our program, you will earn the Safelite SafeTech certification and gain skills for unsupervised glass repair, replacement and recalibrations.

You will learn through hands-on and classroom training, with a focus on quality, safety and customer service while working in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and run diagnostic tests.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass tests to become Safelite-certified Technician.
