Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Pittsburgh to learn the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training. You will observe and assist with auto glass installation, repair, and recalibration of safety systems, while working with company vehicles and tools to support customer service excellence.

Upon completion, you gain Safelite SafeTech certification, access to tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way, through hands-on and classroom training; observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and chemicals during the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
