Job summary

Safelite in Fallsington, PA is seeking a Technician Trainee to learn auto glass installation, repair and recalibration. You will complete hands‑on and classroom training to earn Safelite SafeTech certification and perform jobs to high quality standards.

This paid training includes observing and assisting on installations, recalibrations and diagnostics, with starting pay $22.25/hour, rising to $26.50 after certification. Safelite offers benefits, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass training to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely.
