Safelite is hiring a Technician Trainee in the United States to learn the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training. You will be paid to learn while observing, assisting, and performing auto glass installations and repairs under supervision.

Upon completion, you will earn the Safelite SafeTech certification and be ready for independent, high-quality service delivery with ongoing support and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apprentice Safelite methods through hands-on training.
• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and diagnose issues.
• Perform duties safely and follow policies.
