Safelite is offering a Technician Trainee program in which you will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician and earn the Safelite SafeTech certification. You will learn by observing, assisting with installations, recalibrations, and providing additional services while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

The program includes paid training, tools, and resources to succeed, with a competitive starting pay and a clear path to higher earnings after certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services & products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
