Safelite is offering a Technician Trainee apprenticeship in Michigan. You will be paid to learn through hands-on and classroom training, working toward Safelite SafeTech certification.

The program includes tuition reimbursement and a full benefits package as you progress to a certified technician. Upon completion, you will perform auto glass installation, recalibration, and related services with ongoing coaching and support from seasoned technicians, while upholding the Safelite standards of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn Safelite procedures and safety standards.
• Openness to hands-on training and classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in auto glass installation and repair.
• Recalibrate safety systems; troubleshoot and test diagnostics.
• Provide additional services and products to customers.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely throughout the day.
• Follow policies and perform other duties as assigned.
