Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in the United States to join our comprehensive training program. You will learn hands-on and in-classroom techniques to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate safety systems, and progress toward Safelite certification.

Starting pay is competitive with weekly earnings and opportunities to advance to Senior or Master Tech. Benefits include tuition reimbursement and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid drivers license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way, through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Study and pass tests to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; follow safety policies.
