Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in the United States to learn auto glass installation, repair, and recalibration through hands-on training and classroom instruction. Upon completion, you will earn Safelite SafeTech certification and perform unsupervised work with a commitment to safety and quality.

Starting pay is competitive and weekly, with raises after training and certification, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver's license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems; troubleshoot and perform tests.
• Provide additional services and products to customers.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with all policies.
