Safelite Bellevue seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead front-line teams and ensure a memorable customer experience. You will oversee daily store operations, supervise associates, manage cash handling, inventory, and safety, and maintain store appearance.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, handling customer issues, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies. The position offers competitive weekly pay, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 3–5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience.
• 3–5 years of retail or service center experience; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web apps and general office equipment.
• Comfort working outside in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and PPE compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and lead associates to maximize productivity and customer service.
• Provide cross-training for operational stability.
• Respond quickly to customer complaints and warranty issues; process losses/repair damages.
• Manage work orders and routing of mobile jobs.
• Ensure procedures followed; vehicles loaded and in transit timely.
• Train associates on installation techniques and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor productivity, inventory and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
