Safelite in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on service quality and a memorable customer experience. You will coach staff, manage cash and inventory, control loss prevention, and maintain store appearance.

You’ll drive KPI performance, ensure safety, training, and engagement, while delivering world-class customer service and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Drive KPI performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure safety, training, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with marketing on in-store materials and promotions.
