Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage truck flow and production at our facility. You will schedule work, coordinate pickups, maintain daily reports, and enter data into AS400 and other software.

You’ll communicate issues to supervisors and support safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, or 5 years in logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage truck flow and production.
• Schedule truck work in line with SLA’s.
• Maintain daily reports of pickups.
• Enter information into software applications and AS400.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate with tow truck driver and admin.
• Uphold safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence.
