Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator II to manage truck flow and production, scheduling pickups and appointments to meet client SLAs. You will maintain daily reports, enter data into AS400, and coordinate with tow drivers and admins to move units efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Preferred experience in automotive transportation, logistics, dealership operations, or auto auction environments.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and vehicle tracking tools.
• Knowledge of vehicle shipping processes and carrier operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage truck flow and production; schedule work per client SLA.
• Schedule pickups and appointments; maintain daily reports.
• Enter information into software applications and AS400; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Coordinate with tow truck drivers and admin to move units as needed.
• Demonstrate safety commitments and follow health procedures.
• Collaborate with safety leadership and support safety activities.
