Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator I to help support the central dispatch operation in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will assist with freight and driver coordination, perform data entry, and generate daily revenue reports to keep the operation running smoothly. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with 1-3 years in logistics, transportation, or warehousing.
• Three or more years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in trucking industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Central Dispatcher with the displacement of freight and drivers.
• Miscellaneous data entry.
• Produce a daily Revenue Report and data entry of bills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
