Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years related work experience, OR a higher degree with 1 year related experience, OR 5 years related experience.
  • Experience in automotive transportation, logistics, or auto auctions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage truck flow and production.
  • Schedule truck work to meet client SLAs.
  • Schedule pickups and appointments.
  • Maintain daily reports to track pickups.
  • Enter data into software applications and AS400.
  • Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
  • Coordinate with tow truck driver to keep flow.
  • Coordinate with admin to move units as needed.
  • Demonstrate safety commitment and follow procedures.

  • Schedule truck's work as efficiently as possible in accordance with our clients SLA's
  • Schedule pickups and appointments.
  • Maintain Reports daily to track pickups.
  • Enter all pertinent information into software applications and AS400.
  • Communicate any issues to supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
  • Work with a tow truck driver to keep them flowing.
  • Work with the admin to help with any units needing to be moved.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
Preferred
  • Experience in automotive transportation, logistics, dealership operations, or auto auction environments.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems and vehicle tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of vehicle shipping processes and carrier operations.

USD 21.83 - 32.79 per hour

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $21.83 - $32.79/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
