Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of automotive management, a college degree in business, and a proven desking/closing track record with CDK and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of automotive management experience.
• Proven desking and closing deals track record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CDK system.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze reports and trends to identify opportunities and waste reduction.
• Hire, train, and promote employees to support growth and APR process.
• Lead senior management with strategy, vision, and motivation.
• Execute policies, manage days-to-day operations, and resolve issues.
• Negotiate with Sales Consultants and manage vehicle inventory planning.
• Ensure high engagement and drive performance across showroom, e-commerce, and calls.
