Reynolds and Reynolds in San Jose, CA seeks an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist to support 30–50 automotive dealerships. You will provide on-site and video conference support, helping customers maximize use of our Retail Management System.

Training is intensive, located in multiple cities, with mentors nationwide. The role requires travel, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to build lasting relationships and ensure product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% during training and ~35% thereafter.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and video conference support to automotive dealerships.
• Act as a consultant to maximize product usage and value.
• Deliver high level customer support for Reynolds and Reynolds software.
• Participate in intensive training and mentorship programs.
