Job summary

GEICO is hiring a Field Auto Damage Trainee in Illinois to inspect vehicles, write repair estimates, and coordinate with body shops and rental companies. You’ll interact with customers and help determine fair settlements after accidents.

You’ll participate in a paid trainee program with hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA facility and field centers, with licensing and continued education provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
