Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: consult with involved parties, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, manage rental cars.
• Problem Resolution: resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Meaningful Impact: drive customer satisfaction through interactions.
