Job summary

GEICO is hiring an Auto Damage Trainee in Richardson, TX. You will inspect vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements with customers while coordinating with body shops, rental agencies, and parts providers. Training occurs at our Ashburn, VA facility.

Starting around $30.53/hour, with a $61,500 annual base, plus shift differentials and a sign-on bonus for licensed candidates. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience & Qualifications: Customer-face experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
