Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the Atlanta, GA area. You will inspect vehicle damage, write repair estimates and negotiate settlements to help customers after accidents.

You will coordinate with body shops, rental providers and parts suppliers while gaining hands-on experience in a structured trainee program. Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience and a valid driver's license; an Adjusters license is preferred and training/exam fees are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage and write estimates.
• Negotiate equitable settlements with customers and providers.
