Responsibilities

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms to determine coverage and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities for accurate damage assessments.
• Document findings in the claim management system and maintain records.
• Provide timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and AI tools.
• Acquire and maintain insurance licenses within three months.
