You will coordinate with internal teams and external experts, ensuring compliant, timely claims handling while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; liability claims handling knowledge beneficial.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of claims life cycle, litigation processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle assigned Specialty Liability Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims.
• Provide quality customer service and ensure timely coverage analysis.
• Consult with Manager on use of Claim Coverage Counsel as needed.
• Investigate claims through interviews and records review to determine liability and damages.
• Coordinate with Subrogation, Risk Control and experts to support claims.
• Maintain claim files and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Prepare and present at roundtables for strategic payout improvements.
• Travel up to 30% of the time as needed.
