This 9–12 month program develops your skills to handle personal and business auto damage claims, with licensing progress and opportunity to advance to full claims handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training covering policies and claim processes.
• Assess coverage and determine compensability.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders, claimants and witnesses.
• Establish claim reserves and determine settlement amounts.
• Communicate status to all parties and maintain records.
