Travelers Companies, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Auto Damage, to begin a comprehensive 9–12 month training program in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation. You will learn to manage auto, heavy equipment, and property damage claims while communicating with customers.

Throughout the program you will develop technical skills, participate in formal training, and work toward obtaining necessary insurance licenses to advance to full claims handling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes.
• Assess coverage and determine compensability.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders and witnesses.
• Communicate claim status to all parties and maintain records.
