Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn claims management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policy details, claims processes, and systems.
• Assess coverage to determine compensability.
• Investigate by gathering information from policyholders, claimants, and witnesses.
• Collaborate with resources to obtain necessary evidence for claims.
• Assess claims for potential fraud and establish reserves and payments.
