Job summary

Auto Pride Collision is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to timely assist customers in person or by phone and liaise with the operations team. You will greet customers, collect information, arrange tows, and coordinate rental cars while maintaining organized front-office operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a related role; comfort with computers and basic CRM use is expected. Automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a year of related work experience, preferably in a customer service-related role.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating basic software.
• Experience in automotive industry is desired but not required.
• Must be able to greet customers professionally and manage information efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and professional manner, in person or on the phone.
• Answer calls within a few rings and relay messages when needed.
• Answer customer questions to the best of your ability.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with all customers.
• Collect information sheets with personal and insurance data and route to Estimator.
• Set up tows and coordinate with Estimator.
• Prepare and hand over documents to Estimator; organize customer files.
• Document and collect payments when vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Keep the front office organized and well-supplied.
• Maintain the company calendar to ensure Estimators are available up to capacity.
• Coordinate rental car arrangements with providers when needed.
• Stay calm and professional around customers in distress.
