Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuaries and consultants on pricing and analytics for commercial auto products. This remote role offers leadership across projects and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients.

You will develop pricing analyses, coach analysts, review work, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance; or graduate degree with 3 years in personal lines insurance

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, training, and direction across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of projects.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to build trusted relationships and communicate analytical insights and recommendations.
